What are our delivery options?

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and we aim to dispatch them within 2-3 working days.

UK Delivery options

FREE UK delivery for orders over £50! (3-5 working days)

Economy Untracked (5-7 working days) - £3.95

Standard Tracked (3-5 working days) - £4.95

Special Delivery (next working day) - £9.95 (signature required)

The cut off time for placing Special Delivery orders is 12pm (Midday) Monday-Friday

European & International Delivery

Please note Royal Mail are reporting international deliveries are taking longer than usual.

All our petals can be delivered across Europe and Worldwide.

Delivery outside of the UK starts from £10, delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.

European Delivery = 5-12 working days
Anywhere else Delivery (eg. USA) = 7-20 working days

The customs authorities in the destination country and the customs thresholds in place determine if charges are due on imported goods.

The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. See guidance from the European Commission but generally the rules below apply.

• Items under €22 – no VAT or duties till July 2021.
• Items between €22 and €150 – subject to tax and a clearance/handling fee (neither is guaranteed so the customer might not have to pay at all).
• Items over €150 – subject to VAT, customers duties and a clearance/handling fee

When to order your confetti?

Our premium, classic and petite Flower Confetti will last for around a year when stored away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. So you can order up to a year before your big day.
